General Terms & Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms & Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and services provided by Wengen Select (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) in relation to holiday rentals and associated services.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract is concluded once:
a booking has been made by the customer, and
the booking has been confirmed in writing by the Provider (email is sufficient).
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and acts on behalf of all accompanying guests.
3. Services
Wengen Select offers the rental and/or brokerage of holiday accommodations in Wengen, Switzerland, as well as related services.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in CHF.
A deposit is due at the time of booking
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date prior to arrival
For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full amount is due immediately
If payment is not received on time, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and are effective from the date of receipt.
If the guest cancels and no replacement booking is secured, the following terms apply:
More than 2 months before arrival: 100% refund
Between 2 months and 1 month before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 1 month before arrival: no refund
In the event of early termination after arrival, the full rental amount remains payable.
In cases of force majeure (e.g. government travel restrictions), a rebooking may be offered at the Provider’s discretion.
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Use of the Accommodation
The accommodation may:
be used exclusively for holiday purposes
only be occupied by the agreed number of guests
The following are not permitted:
Parties or events
Illegal activities
Disturbance of neighbours
7. Conduct and Duty of Care
Guests agree to:
treat the accommodation with care
avoid causing damage
report any damage immediately
Guests are liable for:
damaged or missing items
any damage caused during their stay
8. House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation
Pets are not allowed
Ski equipment must be stored in designated areas only
9. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 10:00
The accommodation must be left in a clean and orderly condition.
10. Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is assumed for:
loss or theft of personal belongings
external circumstances (e.g. weather, transport disruptions)
11. Changes and Cancellation by Provider
The Provider reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases:
a suitable alternative will be offered, or
a full refund will be issued
12. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported immediately during the stay.
Complaints submitted after departure cannot be considered.
13. Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s place of residence.

1. General
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).
2. Data Collection
We collect data when:
bookings are made
contact inquiries are submitted
the website is used
Collected data may include:
Name
Address
Email address
Phone number
Payment information
3. Purpose of Processing
The data is used for:
contract processing
customer communication
improvement of our services
4. Data Sharing
Data is only shared where:
necessary for the provision of services, or
required by law
5. Data Storage
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary.
6. Rights
You have the right to:
